Tomas and Hernan are brothers and co-founders of Arx City and got their start working together in single-family residential development. They built the prototype of what would ultimately become the Arx platform to automate the entire process of sourcing and evaluating their potential projects and help them answer not just the question of “what is the highest and best use of this property,” but “what is the highest and best use of our capital and our time, across the entire real estate market.”

They realized that answering those questions was a universal challenge across the industry and decided to pivot and scale the platform to put a window to the future into the pocket of every single real estate professional.

Tomas and Hernan bring a diverse set of skills and professional experiences to the Arx team. Tomas previously worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs on a variety of M&A and capital-raise transactions ranging across size, scope, and industry. He received his JD/MBA from the University of Chicago and his B.S. in Quantitative Economics and International Relations from Tufts University. Tomas is a licensed attorney in the State of California.
