The economy has picked up and there's more interest in people buying and selling these days. This seems to be the trend in Calgary. Like this site. Looking for ideas for my website to improve it myself.

Our Organization, Global Research, is being asked to perform energy audits for clients whose buildings waste energy ( electrical, gas, heat, cooling, water ).
Our clients are renewing their long-term lease and want the Landlord to participate in green, energy efficient upgrades.
The client enjoys lower operationg costs and a stronger bottom line. The Landlord retains a long-term renter and the value of hos build increases.
Green is not just a wonderful concept, our business model allows ALL the upgrades to be paid out of the savings in utiliitiy bill. No capital expenditure is required.

Thank you gentlemen. Very timely article. Buildings and infrastructure seem to be the last areas to make use of our rapidly developing intelligent technologies.

My Canadian patent just issued for Integrated Framing, a method of collecting and distributing power and data through the window or curtainwall framing. It eliminates the need for separate wall structures and allows the flexibility for replacement as you mentioned. The most valuable feature is the ability to embed sensors to collect real-time weather data for controlling the shading. lighting, and HVAC systems to truly create a "living" enclosure.
