OUR PROCESS

1. Consultation based on needs. You’ll be introduced to an Account Manager from our team who is responsive, a great listener, and focused on building great relationships. Depending on the situation, they may introduce members of our technical team, attend site visits, or provide product demonstrations.
2. Design solutions using top technology. Our experienced team of AV Systems Designers will take your request and engineer an audio visual system that is cost-effective and functional. They’ll work closely with our Drawing Specialists and Account Managers to provide you with all of the information that you need to make an informed decision – this includes quotes, elevation drawings, product specifications, and much more.
3. Integrate, install, and make it happen. Once you provide the green light for your project, we really get to work. We place equipment orders with our vendors and one of our Project Managers will be in touch to arrange installation dates. Our Technicians and Programmers will be busy preparing equipment and programs so that we can minimize our time spent on-site. 
4. Post-implementation support. Our Service Coordinators are responsive and offer prompt attention to any service requests. We also provide managed service agreements that offer quarterly audits of your AV systems, detailed reporting, and guaranteed service response times. We’re here for you when you need us.
