Alan Whitten started Huntington Properties in 1996 with a single building in Kanata south.

Today, we are three owners that manage 1.3 million square feet of commercial property across the National Capital Region. We are a full-service company managing all aspects of commercial property acquisition, building renovations, development, tenant fit-up, ongoing management and operations.

Our partners have a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. Together, we bring our extensive knowledge of the National Capital market to bear on strategic investment and development projects.
