Scott Herman, RPA, LEED AP

Scott is a LEED Accredited Professional with Specialty in Interior Design and Construction and led a team that earned the first BOMA BESt certification awarded to a downtown office building in Saskatoon, SK.

BACKGROUND

Scott joined Colliers in 2007, first as Senior Property Manager in Saskatoon, SK before moving to Colliers International's Vancouver office to serve as General Manager in 2016. He currently serves as the General Manager for Alberta based out of Calgary. Scott’s real estate experience spans 19+ years in three major Canadian urban centers (Calgary, Saskatoon, Vancouver) with a particular emphasis on office property management. Serving in roles that include Tenant Relations Coordinator, Office Leasing Representative and Senior Property Manager has allowed Scott to gain extensive real estate knowledge in all aspects and disciplines. Previous experience with Brookfield Properties and EDON Management in Calgary, AB provided opportunities for Scott to develop professionally with specialization in first class office.
