Adaptis

The Adaptis platform has been developed as a collaborative effort to make the application of advanced research in the field of circular construction, decarbonization and waste mitigation accessible to building owners, developers, architects and engineers.

"Adaptis" is a decision-support software solution designed to assist building owners and consultants in optimizing their decarbonization planning for existing buildings through renovations, retrofits, and adaptive reuse, as well as circularity planning for new construction projects. The platform analyzes the current condition of buildings and generates automated design options for adaptation feasibility, as well as material recovery and deconstruction scenarios. Finally, the software optimizes these generated options to ensure the best possible environmental and economic performance. This approach helps building owners and consultants improve the quality of their buildings while simultaneously lowering planning costs.
