We manage over 100,000 square feet of warehousing facilities nationwide, a 16 truck fleet, a paint booth, and can provide custom millwork in-houses.

ABM INSTALLATION AND REPAIR 

Includes the installation process, scheduling, coordination and role of associated sub-trades and crews.

Our Project Managers are fully capable of managing multiple projects on both a national rollout and BAU basis. We install over 2,000 ABMs, CRUs and CDUs per year!

RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION

From the major ground-up construction to minor office renovations, our project managers can bring the project in on time and within budget. We offer the complete construction process, including liaisons with architects, designers and engineering teams.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND FACILITY MAINTENANCE

We provide our clients with a complete repair and maintenance program on a national scale. Including plumbing, electrical, and door repair, and glazing.

DISASTER RECOVERY

We are certified to handle any emergency, including water loss, fire, odour, mould, and asbestos.
