Our organization currently manages over 12% of all the high-rise condominiums in Calgary. Our condominium corporations under management range from 4 units to 800 units, encompassing over 8,000 units under management. In addition, our commercial portfolio totals 1.1 million square feet under management across several asset classes including office, retail and industrial.

Equium Group is well positioned to assign its team of experts within the investment, development and management of commercial and residential properties. We recognize that each property is an independent investment vehicle that presents its own unique challenges, needs and objectives.
