Born and raised in Waterloo, Steph has a deep passion to see Waterloo Region prosper. Her family has long been a part of Kitchener-Waterloo's thriving community, originally through Snyder Furniture. It is this family history of success that drives Steph to want to leave her mark on the Region.Steph is motivated to contribute to a team at WHITNEY & Company that has been integral to the development and redevelopment in Kitchener-Waterloo. She has gained valuable industry knowledge working closely with John, Jane & Ginger on projects such as Catalyst137 and the Marsland Portfolio. With a primary focus on office leasing and investment properties, Steph is eager to assist her clients in fulfilling all their real estate needs. Steph's goal is to maintain and strengthen WHITNEY's presence within a growing and revitalizing region. While growing up, Steph was a long-time hockey player before trading in her skates for turf shoes and attending the University of Waterloo as a part of the Warriors Field Hockey team. Steph had a successful career at Waterloo, winning the Shield of Excellence Award and Female Athlete of the Year in 2015. Steph also spent time in Vancouver, training and competing as a part of the Canadian Women’s National Team. Currently, Steph satisfies her thirst for sport as an assistant coach for the University of Waterloo Warriors Field Hockey team. Show less
