Who We Are

A team of Canadian building performance experts created Purpose in 2018 as an employee-owned company to accelerate real estate to planet-positive performance.

As former leaders of a national green building group, the team has been driving sustainability performance in real estate since the 1990s. We have delivered organizational strategies and solutions for new development, existing buildings and portfolios in all classes of real estate assets.

With staff in Ontario and BC, Purpose serves clients across North America, including companies, institutions, governments and not-for-profit.
